Anthony has done two home inspections for us. Right away, we were impressed by his attention to detail and thoroughness of the inspections. When there was something that he needed to call our attention to, he explained what was happening and what was needed to fix it well enough that we as first-time home buyers understood. He's quick to send over inspection reports well within 24 hours, and even scheduled a Zoom call with us the next evening to answer any questions we had. Again, I needed Anthony's help to re-inspect other professionals' work on sewer lines. Again, Anthony from S4 Inspections was very thorough. Identifying issues within the property zone, including the access pipe for system flushing to the city connection sewer line. There was no doubt that Anthony and S4 Inspections were looking out for the buyers by clearly providing details through scope imaging and video of lines from home to city connections. No new homeowner wants to buy a home anywhere and be greeted with a hefty repair bill. Taking the time to find the right person is crucial in the WA state sellers' market, helping new homeowners avoid money pits.
